Current mode,2 meters tall ,75 kg
Dumbbell rows
Shoulder press
Front / Lateral dumbbell raises
Shrugs
Tricep extensions
Bicep curls / hammers
Pull-ups / chin-ups
Push-ups
Since you're a beginner you can do 3 sets of 8-10 every other day

ive been doing the start bodyweight program for about 6 months now and im pretty happy with the results so far. You could try that.
