It's it possible to become addicted to lifting weights? I've worked out for fourteen days straight and decided to take two days off.

Besides the minor headache I had earlier today, I just feel incomplete, like something is missing.

Also, post bulking meal.

I'm by no means an expert. I'm just some newbie who read the sticky, but isn't that counterproductive? All the routines I've seen have you lifting 3 times a week on alternating days. I thought you need rest days?

Is that sauce from a fucking jar? How lazy do you have to be to not make your own sauce?

You're a goddamn savage. Treat that pasta and mix the goddamn sauce before you put it on the plate. Jesus Christ can't even believe what I'm looking.

>not mixing sauce and pasta before playing it

I don't see what's wrong with this.

I work in a restaurant and you don't mix the pasta and spaghetti before its plated. The only pasta you do that for is fettuccine

You toss the pasta in the sauce before you put in on the plate because Im your daddy and I said so.

Because your going to be eating mouthfuls of fucking steaming hot sauce with the bare amount of pasta and then when you get the the rest of the fucking plate there will be no fucking sauce so your eating straight up pasta like a fucking nigger.

Why you need to put your sauce on the pasta before plating.

I train alot also. My joints start hurting. I take days off when I think I need one.

If monday is chest and I only do chest once a week my muscles have plenty of time to recover.

The elbow joints, shoulder joints and knees don't get much recovery though.

its that meat bruh its poison dont eat that shit go vegan/pescetarian but if you go pescetarian git dat fresh stuff and not that farmed shit
>>
>>36638332
Why not just mix the sauce and pasta in your plate?
>>
>>36638098
Try finishing your pasta in the simmering sauce for just a couple minutes before plating. Its more better.
>>
>>36638334
You cant plate the pasta without the sauce, I dont understand why you dont understand, its so simple.
>>
If you train every day your body gets used to the training so your body is ready to train everyday. On your off days you'll feel ready to train but obviously you need to take a break depending on the routine. This is just bioscience tho like when I was doing cardio everyday for a little while the day I didn't do cardio I literally felt my heart rate increase at the times I would've went to the gym like an anticipating feeling
