Am I working out enough?
Normally I work out three times a week, 1 hour each time. Should I work out more?
I'm on 3rd year Civil Engineering so I don't have that much free time
Pic very unrelated

I'm 4th year computer engineering nano stream and I work out 5-6 times a week, 60-90 minutes, also bartend 4 times a week 8 hour closing shifts.
Depending on your routine/goals, 3 times may be enough for you, but if you use your time effectively, I'm confident that you could go more frequently.

>I don't have enough time
If you really care about working out, you'll find time. Go at least 5 times a week if you want to see results
If you work out less than 8 hours a day every day, you'll never make it.
I work out 8 times a week for 90 minutes each day (spread out over to two gym visits)
This is the only way to get reselts in less than 10 years

If it's a full body routine 3x a week, then you're fine. Keep at it brother

You can see results going twice a week. Fewer results, but results none the less. 3 times a week is fine.

I work out 14 times a week, twice a day for an hour and a half each session. Get on my level you fuckin puss.
Doesn't matter how long or how often you workout if you don't get your heart rate and tire out your muscles.

Nope. I'm 5'9", 250lbs, 8% bf of pure natty muscle, fag.
I've been going to the gym for about a year, 3 times a week, and gained about 30lbs of mostly muscle. You can make plenty of progress by going 3 times a week.
