How do you deal with the appetite suppression/worse digestion effects of dip?
I only pack like 3 a week, usually on the weekends, but I can feel the difference in how much I want to eat. I'm still making noob gains and just recently started eating >3000 cals/day, and it feelsgoodman but only when I eat enough. Now cope mint is out and may God have mercy on my gums.
