I've been hitting my collarbone pretty hard with my power cleans, what's a good way to prevent this? So far it seems like increasing front delt size + getting into rack position quicker + keeping elbows up + shrugging delts up are the best ways to prevent this, any other suggestions?

Also, I have fairly long arms relative to my torso, so getting the bar to the crease of my hips is tricky. Which is the best way of doing this, widening grip or having slightly bent arms? This is also for power clean btw.

monday volume snatch (usually triples) / med intensity power clean & jerk / volume (usually sets of 5) bsquat
tuesday high intensity jerk with back off sets / volume (sets of 5) push press / sn pull triples
weds med intensity power snatch / clean and jerk doubles / med intensity triples fsquat
thurs snatch (usually doubles) / clean pull triples
saturday snatch heavy and back off sets / clean and jerk heavy and back off sets / bsquat for singles or doubles or triples

percentages should be relatively obvious if you've done WL for more than a year. manage your fatigue. if you're too tired drop it down for a week. if you feel good go heavier. auto regul8 m8

i just cancelled my registration for a weightlifting meet in may because I can't handle the pressure of having to make a weight class anymore.
the food tracking that leads to obsessing over calories and everything i put into my mouth, the weighing myself every day and having breakdowns if i weigh too much, the shitty trainings because i restrict calories to lose weight and then lack thew energy for my trainings.

how do you guys do this?

i've been weightlifting for a year now and the beginning was great and everything, but ever since I started competing and I HAVE to weigh a certain weight, everything's going down the shitter.

the first competitions, I just cut water and restricted carbs the days prior and I always managed to hit my goal weight. however, after the competition, I binged the fuck out, and regained even more weight.
maybe my being a female fuels this shit further because women already obsess over weight and looks and everything anyway.

i developed a serious eating disorder, i believe, by using a Fitbit, Myfitnesspal and everything. I can't eat anything without feeling guilty, I developed an irrational fear over sugar, I fight with my family and boyfriend because of my eating..

and all of this stems from the fact, that I don't naturally weigh under 58kg (always around 59-60kg) and that I'm not good enough yet to compete in the 63kg class.

Don't cut for a comp, ever. You should be gradually going up weightclasses until you just can't get heavier, regardless of what you do. After only a year of training, winning comps shouldn't even be on your radar; you're competing for the experience, not for medals. Not yet.

If you're not good enough for 63 then you aren't good enough at 58, it isn't a big jump, and if locally 58 is less competitive it doesn't mean shit anyway

Eat and lift, find where you're comfy and compete to enjoy it again. Many amatuer lifters purely use comps and a chance to chase new maxes or beat an old total. That and it can be cool to see better lifters or friends from other gyms

What do you guys do mobility wise, and how long does it take you?

I'm currently doing starting stretching (pic) then adding on an ankle stretch, takes about 15 mins- I don't foam roll though, where should I incorporate that?

Are there any other stretches that I'm missing?

This is what I did when I kept stalling on 140 (think I had a mental block) a while back: run a quick volume cycle, trying to hit between 40-60 total reps 3x/week and increasing the weight when possible. Then switch to a 1 rep cycle, starting at 90% and increasing the weight by 1kg every workout. You'll soon hit 100% and then before you know it 105% and 110%. Worked for me anyway.

i didn't only just snatch with a bar tho
i only did that the first two months i went to china
even then it wasn't all technique, i'd have hour long conversations with my coaches
after that i left and worked on tech myself and by the time i went back they were already super impressed with the progress i've made myself over the months so they just let me train alongside their other athletes
i also had no idea how to program during my time alone with bar (which is why i didn't make any gains during the time) so i worked up a great deal of questions about programming
when i was training under the chinese system i'd observe the way they program and ask lots of questions and stuff
they'd teach me about programming and methods and overall philosophy during lunch and stuff and at dinner
they're all super enthusiastic about it too because normally nobody cares about their extensive knowledge
also do you seriously think that during my entire time in china i never bothered asking "hey how do i taper for comp", or "how should i period? i was basically living there with nothing else to do, i was bored as fuck

basically what i've learned is enough to write a number of books, which is more than what most american coaches can accomplish

i probably know more than your coach does too :^)
