so if you have a heat meal you eat back maybe 1-2000 calories ( a large dominos pepperoni and sausage is 1920 calories, a donut is about 350 calories).

you would do ok with a cheat meal and still see some progress.

But do a cheat day and suddenly eating 6-7000 calories is easy with junk food over the course of a day. Those fat asses with no will power always take it too far.

Or if you really just want to have a cheat day you can only have them once a month, but why would you ant to hinder your progress after you spent all that time suffering?

I never "cheat", there is really no such thing because "cheating" implies you can do something you're not allowed to while not having to suffer the consequences. Better name would be "over eating", call it your "over eating day" instead. You fat sack of shit.

This is my beef with IIFYM. I eat clean 90% of the time or more if you count shakes as clean. I consider myself IIFYM only because I have no problem grabbing a burger if I'm out with friends or having the odd beer and not trying to justify it with maymay language. I just log it, hit the cardio a little harder, and move on.

I have about 2 cheat days a month. Well, it's more of a cheat meal, I usually eat breakfast normally, but eat a pizza later, and drink some whey to it. I don't think it's that bad. I have no idea what are the macos of the pizzas I eat, but I don't think they'd be that far from my goal after filling my protein with the shake.

Surprisingly I find it harder to cut during football season in Louisiana. Crawfish boils aren't too frequent even in Lafeyette, and its a lot harder to eat 1000 calories of crawfish than 1000 calories in burgers and sausage and ribs.
