This Friday I squatted 200kg, benched 140kg (failed 150kg), and Deadlifted 210kg (220 didn't even move off the ground, I just bent the bar and grunted a bit).
So 462lbs deadlift, 440lbs squat and 308lbs bench press.
Also did a clean and press with 91kg (200lbs) on saturday. Only because I was supposed to have an active off day, but a dude around my size did a seated OHP with 100kg for a set of 6.
Fuck that guy, I'm not gonna go around with a 85kg PR.
All done at 103.5kg bodyweight.

i am doing six day split
first three days are 5/3/1 second three pure hypertrophy and isolated exercises
so it looks something like this:
Monday (legs):Squat-5/3/1
front squat:5/3/1
sumodeadlit:5/3/1-20%maxrepset
then its chest:5/3/1 ohp, bench+50 dips
and back: 5/3/1 deadlift, high pulls+50 pullups
+hypertrophy days
