Guys i got some weigh plates.
2 x 35 pounds
2 x 25 pounds
no barbell

what kind of exercises can i do with this aside from weighted pullups/dips
i tried to do weighted pushups but it was awkward as fuck.

You can put plates in a backpack with pillow in front of them and do weighted pushups. I used to do that before I bought a barbell; I'd put all my dumbbell plates together in a backpack and put a pillow in the front to stop them from hurting my back.

Oh, also - front lateral raises. Seen some BB'ers do them like this. Just hold a plate with two hands and raise it out in front of you for reps. Really though, plates are pretty useless without a bar.

You could do goblet squats, weighted planks, you can try to do static holds with them by pinching the plates which is actually pretty hard, could put your fingers through the holes and do shrugs if you wanted, idk

Use your imagination, I do goblet squats with a plate all the time for a warm up
