Not really, unless your close to your natural potential. I'd recommend PPL so you can turn that 3 days split into a 3 day split 2 times a week allowing for more gains.

What are you lifts? I doubt your near the end of your noob gains only 3 months in. Just milk out SS till your noob gains run out and hop on that program, or if you have more days of the week to go to the gym, id even recommend taking out the full body day and moving dead lifts to your pull day and running the program 5-6 times a week. That way you can hit all heavy compounds 2 times a week, while still getting lots of volume work in on accessories.

Imo just use a low volume 2 day split. Torso/limbs is pretty great, but tricky with the exercise order. If you don't overdo your workload you can bust it out twice a week.
How about dis:

Torso 1:
Bench variation 3 sets
Row variation 3 sets
OHP Variation/Incline Bench 3 sets
Pullups/Chinups 3 sets

Limbs 1:
Squat 4 sets
Romanian Deadlift/GHR 2 sets
Curls for the gurls 3 sets
Triceps Iso 3 sets

Torso 2:
OHP Variation/Incline Bench 3 sets
Pullups/Chinups 3 sets
Dips/decline bench/
Row variation 3 sets

Limbs 2:
Deadlift (conv. or sumo) work up to a 3rm
