Daily reminder not to overbulk
>>36618009
Don't get it.
>tfw you bulk the right way, eating heavy and lifting heavy
>tfw you get hurt and work and can't lift for 3 months
>tfw you eat the same as if you were still bulking
>tfw you started to look like the picture to the left
Will I ever make it /fit/?

He looks a lot better when lean.
>>36618509
Is that rocket science?

If you have been in the game for some time and actually lift 1/2/3/4 for reps if not more than I believe that you can make it bro.
He also forgot to lift on his way to the first picture?

No, but a lot of people still overbulk and rationalize it as "muh winter", when it's really noticeable in the face. The thing is, people don't notice gradual weight gain on themselves unless they look at pictures taken months ago.

He had lifted since 2012. You just don't notice it because he overbulked.

Damn. I hate seeing progress pics like this without any context. You see all these crazy transformations in a few months and thing it's possible for a beginner.

losing 30 pounds in 4 months seems impossible for someone not obese. I think it's a bullshit pic.
>>36618854
>cut at 1000 deficit
>lose 2 lbs a week
>4 months in each week x 4 months
>32 lbs
>>36619227
>2lbs a week
Enjoy losing a lot of the gains you made during bulking.
