Hey guys, I'm gonna try out creatine for the first time. Any brand reccomendations? I was just gonna get the 1 kg bag of Bulk Supplements brand on amazon. Good choice?
I've only tried GNC and ON, ON wins by a mile. The GNC flavoring tastes like straight fucking garbage

It supplies your muscles with energy. That's it. Also it retains water in your muscles, so they look bigger, but also kind of bloated.
You can do more reps and you will have increased anaerobic capacity. On the flip side, altouhgt it is proven to be harmless, due to the water retention you might have experience higher blood preassure levels. That can be solved by using creatine ethyl-ester, it doesn't retain water so much, but it creates ethanol as a byproduct, that can be unnecessary load on your livers, but it depends on how much you are taking.
