Tomorrow I'm gonna start bulking on a hobbit's schedule like the manlet I am. That means
>breakfast (7:30)
>second breakfast (9:30)
>elevenses (11:00)
>luncheon (12:30)
>afternoon tea (somewhere between 3:00 and 5:00)
>dinner (6:00)
>supper (9:00)
Seven small meals. As a lifelong skeleton, this is a bit daunting, but hopefully it'll help me eat enough food and more consistently.
I'm hoping fellow skellingtons here will join me on this quest for gains and we'll see how well or poorly it works. We're all gonna make it, bros.

Hobbits when will they learn
Just finished elevenses and I don't know how people can accidentally eat enough to become fat. It takes so much more effort to eat a lot than it does to eat a reasonable amount.

Thanks breh. I'm gonna have to try out some of those.

Make sure you lift or you'll just get fat.

No, he'll become stout
>>36619656
Don't worry, I'm still lifting. I've basically stalled completely because I haven't actually been eating enough, though.

Fucking feeder
Second breakfast, elevenses, lunch, and afternoon tea down (I slept through breakfast). I have been full the entire day, a sensation I didn't expect to be as mildly uncomfortable as it is.
