Why am I so fucking weak I can't progress in the fucking 3x5 I'm doing a fucking bulking

My stats:
95Kg 3x5 deadlift
78kg 3x5 squat
67Kg 3x5 bench press
32Kg 3x5 ohp

Been stalled since 2 sessions ago. What the fuck /fit/ I am a NEET I sleep 8 hours a day, I eat properly and I can't improve my numbers Why I am so shit?

How long have you been lifting, pussy boy? I'm guessing not more than 2 years, and even if it's a bit more than that, progressing with lifting takes time. Quit whining, quit worrying about your numbers and just keep lifting. Also quit being a faggot.

Also my stats are 425 lb squat, 325 lb bench, 505 dead, 225 ohp. 200 lb bodyweight

I started exactly 10 months ago. I did a stupid brosplit routine I create for 7 months. Since january I started to do SS with high bar squat. But quit it for 2-3 weeks for a left knee that was fucking with me and it healed perfectly (my left knee started to do a "pop" while doing squat reps, but the "pop" went away in like 2 or 3 weeks)

not really. I might drink one shake every few days after a workout, I eat a meal every 3 hours so I get my protein from that... in the beginning I used to fall for the protein jew and I would drink 2 scoops a day.
