Should I lean bulk or dirty bulk if I'm 6'1 132 lbs? I would like to gain weight as quick as possible through dirty bulking but I would also like to get more lean through lean bulking.

I would recommend an in between. A lean bulk is 300 kcal over maintenance, so I'd suggest you bulk at 500 kcal over maintenance. You're skinny enough that it'll work.

Forgot to write.

200g of MyProtein instant oats, 80 grams of whey, peanut butter is natural pb from MyProtein (smooth).

I checked all weights with a good food scale and calculated from there. All scoops are heaped, so it's 3 heaped scoops of MyP instant oats, 2 scoops whey, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

nah, I've been drinking two of these daily for 3 weeks now and having a full meal or two to go with it. Bodyweight is up by 2kg/4.5lbs.

Doing a squat every day program so I need the calories, trying to hit a 3 plate squat.

6% is milk without the cream removed. If you can get that, drink that.
