See, this was my original thought. Clothes that fit are great. My quads still need taper fit jeans to be able to breathe, but I genetically inherited adonis' ass. So it sorta works out.

You want to look for bodybuilding information then. I do more strength shit so I'm pretty unfamiliar with what a typical workout would be like, but I'm fairly certain you want to look into important isolation excersises to get you the physique you require.
