haven't been on fit in a while. after some life changes, i've decided to go full on trap mode.

this pretty much goes against everything usually preached here but i'm curious.
what's the best way to achieve qt trap a e s t h e t i c ?

i'm currently 5'8 145lb, trying hardest to cut. doing fasted cardio in mornings, not HIIT or LISS. somewhere in middle.
is there better exercises to achieve what i'm looking for?

also ordered primaforce yohimbine HCL cause bitch wants to cut those last ~10 pounds.

any advice?

if you want to thin out, just eat 3 small meals a day.

for example:

Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, salad

Meal 2: pb+j sandwich or greek yogurt

Meal 3: chicken and rice

workout once a week, only doing squats and lunges. run as much as you'd like, but you'll lose shape (if you're trying to appear feminine)

it's important to run, but limit the running since you're existing on low calories. so i'd say: workout once a week (squats, lunges, stiff legged deadlifts), and run twice a week, or even run once a week. your choice, see how your body responds.

but remember to squat- if you only do one exercise, this is the one. lunges will add dimension to your hips/glutes, also good for quads

Calculate your BMR, then eat at a 300-500 calorie deficit. If you want to lose muscle mass, keep your protein intake low.

Fasted cardio + yohimbine will have you burning the last of that stubborn fat.

After you finish, you're going to need to bulk up your lower body and gain a bit of fat. My suggestion is to drink a shit ton of soy-milk - at least half a gallon a day. Fill in the rest of your calories with vegetables and good carbs.

Soy in such large quantities will have a feminizing effect. Run this ass routine >>36601573 and continue your cardio.

Not if you're cutting at a high deficit. Your BMR is somewhere around ~1600 calories. If you eat ~1200 calories daily and combine that with LISS sessions you'll be burning about a pound of fat a week.

For diet, your best bet is high vegetable (30-50% of your calories) and fat. Salads with dressing, vegetables sauteed in coconut oil - without too many grains or sugars.

If you can handle a liquid diet, you could take another approach and drink 1100 calories of soy milk + multivitamin + 6 servings of fish-oil daily.

Really, decide on a deficit and count calories. Google phytoestrogens and start supplementing if you want to feminize yourself.

After your cut, recalculate your BMR (google has free calculators with a search) and eat at a ~200 calorie surplus with the majority of your calories and protein coming from soy-milk, the rest of your calories from good carbs, working your lower body only.

Sorry to say, but assuming you're older than 18, your body has most likely gone through male puberty. You've undergone irreversible hormonal changes which will ensure that you never completely pass.

Are you trying to actually transition into becoming a female, or do you just want to look like a girl but still be a man?

Honestly, it sounds like some deep psychological issues going on, and you should see a psychiatrist if you're not currently. I phrased the original post the way that I did, because this is /fit/. i've been here before. for the most part I understand how this tends to go.

to keep it simple for everyone, I described a body type. as far as my personal life, which i shouldn't be elaborating much here anyway, this definitely isn't new to me. it's only lately that i'm embracing and making action towards something that I've been battling with for quite some time now.

none of that really matters though. I think that would belong to /soc/ or /lgbt/. even now i'm going too far as to explain or defend myself, but I figured I would address it to clear things up. thank you all though- honestly I expected far worse. not as savage as it could have been :3

well yeah you're in the right track trying to cut and lose weight but yohimbine will loosen your fat everywhere, and you don't want to lose fat from your hips or butt. just try to run fater, or do it for a longer period of time.
Stop eating too much carbs and consuming more protein, if you're losing a lot of weight you can't make muscle but at least you can try to keep what you got by getting your proteins.

The best way to become a qt. trap is definitely HRT but if you don't have the money for a doctor and regular you can buy at your own risk from online pharmacies stuff like proginova, bica, spiro etc.
I'm not a medfag nor I'm taking any of these so I can't really guide you on to use them. I just know for a fact that these are the ones most traps use.

you can also try to work out lower body, that way you end up with nice hips and thighs that will also make your upper body look smaller.
Try wearing a corset or waist trainer too, you definitely want a waist that's smaller than your hips and ribcage and that is usually not the case for most guys.

The corset thing, can be dangerous yes, but it works different for everyone, and it depends if it is steel boned, latex, premade or custom made with your measurements etc.
