Sure helped with mine. Obviously the best solution is just improving your posture while sitting and standing, but man do deadlifts improve it quick

It won't hurt. I chronically neglected the DL and OHP until a few months ago. After putting in work, my posture and back mass have gotten much better.

Just focus on walking with a straight back, shoulders slightly back with chest pushed forward and head looking forward. After a while it'll become completely natural.

Doing squats with proper form will fix your posture, since you'll be taking a vacation to snap city if you squat will poor form/ posture.
