Why are some people like this? If it was some huge obviously bodybuilding or powerlifting guy than maybe it wouldn't be so bad, but he literally just looked like an average guy. I'm bigger and I'm 100% sure I massively outlift him.

I came in looking like shit after not lifting for a year early march.

Benched 220 within a week. It's always the fastest to go back up.

Should hit 275 by july easy. Squat and deads.. Hoping they'll hit 450 by then. Ohp 200 maybe.

As you age, your muscles will lose size, but you lose strength much more slowly, because 'strength' is your nervous system.

So you should train for strength to stay mired into old age.
