What bothers me though, is that although he got an incredible physique on the right pic, something just seems off.

I've recently realized I have it going on. I'm not sure if it's too much back work or too much shoulder work, but my shoulders are rotated forward, and as a result my triceps face outward and my biceps face inward.

He seems like a really nice guy, would lift with etc. And his actual training advice is sound,but yeah I just dont understand how someone could blatantly lie like this coming into training. Its not like he was a fitness model that jumped on or whatever he doesnt need to keep sponsors
