78 kg, 73 kg, 77 kg, 76 kg, 79 kg
174 cm manlet

squat: ~160 kg -> 215 kg
bench: ~90 kg -> 135 kg
deadlift: ~180 kg -> 240 kg

been lifting for like 2 years before this, one year of which was spent fucking around
