Hey /fit/ I just need some advice on how to get rid of the fat at the base of my pecs.

I have the same problem, but getting down to a low BF% is the only way to correct this or get them down to "normal". Run or cycle. Running, cycling, swimming or cardio in general gets blasted on this board, but if you want to lose fat then you gotta want it…. And do some cardio.
