Eat a lot of peanut butter and eat until it becomes difficult to take another bite at least once a day. This will help your stomach and after 2-4 weeks you will be able to handle the caloric demands of bulking

No fucking excuses. Buy peanut butter. You can add 400 cal a day to your diet easy as fuck with it. Snacking often makes it easier to meet your calorie goals. If you can't make it to the gym, do pushups and squats and pullups at home until you start getting those tingly feelings in your muscles.
You'll probably never be gorilla swole. But if you put on just 20 or 30 pounds, which is achievable in your first year; you will fucking love the difference in your body.
