Breakfast: Omelette with 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, spinach tomato and a slice of cheese.
Slice of rye on the side with avocado.

Lunch: 1 cup chickpeas

Dinner: grilled chicken breast, tomato, large amount of broccolli and string beans. couple slices of mozzarella on the side there.z

6'3 or so, 186 lbs. trying to cut down to like 175 before clean bulking.

Took 4 slices of bacon chopped fine and browned them in butter. Tossed in a cup of basil leaves and fried them until translucent. Took em out and let them sit on some paper towel. Tossed 2 shallots and 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped in with the bacon. Once they'd caramelized I added a couple handfuls of sliced crimini mushrooms and a big bunch of oyster mushrooms. Sauted until tender then added salt, pepper, a cup or so of heavy cream and some parmesan. Simmered for 5 minutes and then added it to the linguine.

Meal 5: 6.5oz salmon, some veggies

Meal 6 / before bed: two giant bowls of high protein / low carb chili. Double beef, no beans or corn. Homemade.

Keeps insulin low during the day so I can spike it post-training. Having a bit before training has also been working well for me.

I used to start my day with a big bowl of oatmeal or some cardboard cereal. Never particularly enjoyed it and was always starving and tired by 10am. Now I don't even eat until almost noon.

I've found that starting with a bunch of eggs and avocado actually fuels me throughout the day, like oatmeal is advertised to. Oatmeal fueled me for an hour, maybe two.
