My back is underdeveloped compared to the rest of my body. Recovering curl-bro. I've been doing assisted lat-pullups and wide grip pull ups, trust me. I was using the machine to warm up (go figure) and hurt myself like a jackass.

This is pretty much what I do, I just incorporate dumbell overhead press, iso-curls, flies and rows because I've read it helps with stabilization. I usually use a machine to warm up after stretching.
