I just found out I'm Priority 2 on a waiting list which normally means you'll be seen within 3 months hopefully I can live a normal life when this is all sorted. Not necessarily false hope. There are a few fertility drugs out there that can be taken in combination with some basic hrt.
You can't take testosterone though. Basically exogenous testosterone shuts down endogenous production of testosterone, which is necessary for spermatogenesis. This unfortunately means your dick ain't gunna grow.
What they will likely do OP is put you on aromatase inhibitors, FSH and LH, and hope for the best with your sperm count. You'll either be sterile or not, if not, the absolute best thing to do is to STORE the sperm at a fertility clinic, and THEN start taking testosterone for dick gains.
