Any runner here?
I loved running before I moved to this new city. Due to work the only time I can run is before 05:30 AM or after 11:00 PM, since it's a incredible shitty neighborhood both options are inviable. So I thought if I could run in place. Of course I'm not talking about running in place as an ultra marathon training. My concern is the lack of cardio I have in my life.
Is this a good option? Also indoor cardio general.

an exercise bike can work, they're really not expensive, super easy to setup, and can be delivered to your house.

Yeah, I want one of these but I don't live in USa and they are very expensive for me right now.

jumprope, mountain climber, burpees, bear crawls
you could also pirate p90x or insanity. /fit/ will shit on them but they are good cardio pieces.
sucks that you can't run anymore anon, i'm sorry

I've been doing burpees but I was afraid to fuck up my shoulders or knees since you need to jump all the time and after a few reps you lose any good form you had in the start.
I hated running so very much until a few months in. Can jump over things now and do better at lifting. Would recommend any human man to take it up.
