When a trainee becomes super advanced like that, proper accessory work almost because required to build up enough volume to drive progress at the end of the training cycle.

95% of the scrubs on this board do not need extensive accessory work in order to get stronger and sturdier.

Hell, probably more than half of the unlifting shrimps on this board don't currently need, or will even benefit from, accessory work if their goal is to look good.

machines and shit like that should be only used to progress your main lifts further
for example I reached a point where my arms started failing faster than my chest while bench pressing
so i added acessory work for triceps
same with pullups, except for biceps
you can literally get a six pack just doing squats and deadlifts
