Can someone explain this to me?

Here is a "girl" that is squatting 300lbs and deadlifting 405lbs at a bodyweight of 125lbs.

How is that possible? How is it healthy?

More concerning - how is she so SMALL? I figured that to put up those kinds up numbers you would need to have at least some kind of size ....r-right?

Not that crazy. I squat 285 at 145 as a male. She's relatively stronger than I am because she specializes more. I ran D1 track and XC on scholarship and among men only slighter larger than her this isn't uncommon. Granted she's female, making this more impressive.

I'm down and out because I just had surgery, but when I am active, I eat around 1600 calories per day, with a target for 115g protein. I don't usually do cardio but will a little bit for warmups, or if I'm going hiking which I genuinely enjoy.

I eat very little junk food, stick mostly to veggies, complex carbs, and meat. Lots of fruit and greek yogurt too

I got stuck at 1pl8 for a few weeks. After watching some videos I cleaned up my form a bit and pushed through it. Make sure you're bracing hard (weak core, so that's what I personally struggle with) and keep the tension in your body all the way through.

I'm almost 1/2/3/4 with good form. Yes I spent 1.5 months just to get my forms SS perfect
Now I look pretty big to normies but nowhere near a jacked muscle mutant. And if I cut down to 11%, I'd loose some muscle, making it smaller
1/2/3/4 is however a good indicator for intermediate lifters. I think I'd get more serious once I reach that goal.
