It's called Machaca, dried meat that's been shredded. Threw some scrambled eggs in there and served with avocado and hot sauce. Bretty good

8 oz whole milk
2 scoops ON gold whey, chocolate
1 bik bananer
6 oz yogurt, strawberry flavor
1/3 cup steel cut oats
Blend, drink from blender pitcher.

It was good enough for my dad and his dad before him. Sometimes the simple traditional things are best.
