For fuck's sake, how do you build your calf muscles?
>do both standing and seated calf raise
>4xF on each, 4 days a week
>6 months later
>1/4 inch gain on each calf
>openly sob
I can squat 315lbs, but it looks like I'm walking on hams on toothpicks.
Help me.

If baby-man, pick one
If big-dick motherfucker, pick two

Calves man. Look the most effective way to build calves is to go out and do shit. Calves are hard to train in the modern gym environment. But if you must, do single leg focused squats and Plyometric exercises.
Doing Sports drills and Picking up a martial art is still a far better option tho.

Did you eat though? If you don't bulk you can do all the calf raises you want.

Try to do calves on an incline leg press because it stretches them a little bit more than standing and seated calf raise. And do a lot of reps (min. 15 reps) per sets !
>>36567681
Yea, gonna try to hit hamstrings harder.
>>36567738
OP here. This is pretty much what I look like, except calves are actually a little smaller. Also have much bigger quads.

Yea, abs and calves where always the things to get skipped when I was short on time or lacked the will to contine.
I think it's just to train them like they were chest and bicep and eat and it should be fine.(never skipped chest, ever)
lots of jump rope and incline jogging

Hundreds of reps of heavy calf raises. It takes time but it builds them. No excuses.

He says, posting his calflets.
