By gripping heavier and heavier things
Hold the bar for as long as you can at the top of a deadlift. Worked for me anyway.

At the end of every workout, grab a pair of heavy dumbells and just stand and hold them in your hands as long as you can. Do this 3 times to failure.
Hold heavy weights with your hands.
