Hey new to lifting, only been going at it for about 11 days now and i'm curious on what exercises are superior to work the brachioradialis or just the forearm.. it feels squishy (lot less now than it did!) and I don't like that..

Reverse (pronated) grip curls. Work brachiroradialis even more than hammer curls
