What the fuck, do muscle athropy NEVER kick in? I didn't even do a fucking pushup or eat nearly enough protein during my absence from the gym.

Did I just benefit from a solid break from the gym? Rest periods legit?

You probly just a DYEL'er, thats why. Never had any muscle to lose in the beginning.

Or you could have had a real good energy to use that one day, try it again the same PR weight, if you can't do it then it was just your energy sweetspot (perfect carb intake/blood sugars at the moment).
