A quarter of the way through 2016. What have you achieved so far /fit/?
Started SL 5x5 mid January.
Squat: 90kg
Bench: 57.5kg
Row: 67.5kg
Deadlift: 125kg
Overhead Press: 37.5kg
Pulled my left soleus and kept squatting through it for a week, so going to have to stop squatting for a week or so for it to heal.
Started SS in mid February
Squat: 102.5kg
Deadlift: 115kg
Bench: 77.5kg
Press: 47.5kg
Started SS yesterday
Squat: 160kg
Bench: 100kg
Deadlift Isleykg
OHP: E-statkg
Started SL 5x5 last week, counting cals like a montherfucker.
Not sure if ill make it, and i feel like ive got bad gyno, but theres nothing worse than not trying.

Lost 15 lbs and Went from just barely doing the bar to almost 1 pl8 bench. Started Jan 19. End of year goal is over 2 pl8.
I've managed to drop about 15 pounds this year. I'm still fat and look like shit, though.
5'7", dropped from 212 in January to 188 today.
Got a gym membership and starting 5x5 tomorrow after work.
Started SS today
Squat: 345kg
Bench: 285kg
Deadlift 460kg
OHP: 215kg
Regressed on most of my lifts.
Knee deep studying shit that I'm not sure I want to get into.
Maybe this is the year I'll hang myself.

Dropped 45lbs since January 17th, also went up 30lbs on bench

Things you should be doing:
-Exercise
-Put actual effort in to your diet
-Clean your room / house at least once a week, don't live in a pigsty
-Do daily, simple, effective things (Brushing your teeth, flossing, making your bed)
-Learn to play an instrument (imagine having 10 years experience playing the piano when you're 30)
-Read every day
-Wake up at the same time every day (and get at least 8 hours of sleep)
-Have a morning routine-Learn a second (or third) language (duolingo.com)

I got sober. Two months going.
Nothing. I've been stalling with a shitty four day split.
I'm going to start the ice cream 5x5 workout tomorrow, then return to the same gym as my mate in a couple of weeks.
