Ever seen a bodybuilder try to walk up a flight of stairs or go for a 10 minute walk? At my largest I was 295 at around 20% bodyfat and spent most of my time sprinting and training for high strength endurance and sprinting.
But if I even tried to run a full mile I'd be gassed in a little over a half mile.
