Acne is dependent on your genetics. Some people break out like crazy on gear, some don't. Remember Arnold and his movie star skin?

Training over 1-1.5 hours per day is essentially useless and eventually counterproductive. 10 years obviously helps but once you reach your genetic potential, you essentially slow down in muscle gain to such a slow pace it's almost negligible. Lyle MacDonald had a great article on this. Pretty much whether you train 10 or 20 years, if they were with perfect nutrition/training the difference in muscle mass will be very small unfortunately. So training time isn't always a great measure of "natty potential". Most bodybuilders can reach their peak size more or less within 5-6 years of GOOD training/diet.

The FFMI is the best way to estimate natural or not status and with him it's a crapshoot. Legit he's like right in that 25-26 range where it becomes unlikely but still not impossible. You're gonna have to make up your own mind but any1 saying they know 100% is talking BS
