I can explain:

I was sedentary till 24 years old or so. Simply did not exercise; was always inside. Diet was pretty much carbs - fruits, veggies, cereal bars, noodles, rice, bread, etc. Had no muscle mass.

Did cardio + deficit to lose ~40 pounds since I had no muscle anyway. Now I'm just healthily regaining.

Losing 30 pounds wasn't even hard. I don't understand why some people view it as climbing Mt. Everest. You just eat less and move more. Developing a stretching regimen for my scoliosis and sticking to it was harder than the weight loss.

As an adult, 142 is lowest, 230 is highest. I was in what I would call good shape at both of those weights, though no necessarily healthy.
I'm 5'9".
At 230 I was deadlifting 605 and squatting 535.
At 142 I was running 45 miles a week.
Now I'm sitting pretty at 176 and I'm able to lift a bit, and run a bit. I also look much better than I did at either of the extremes.

I was diagnosed with PCOS and having wonky Thyroid levels recently. A few months ago I was exercising 5/7 days of the week for about 30 min to an hour (I'm a college student, some days I sincerely can not go to the gym), walked about a mile to a mile and a half a day between classes, ate veggies and lean proteins moderately, aaaand still put on 18 pounds in a month. That's when people started figuring out something was wrong. I did, however, previously lose 50 pounds in 6 months on my own (no pills, no trainer, just a good diet and moving my ass), so I kinda had the hunch that the recent gain might be a little bit out of my control.

My foot was strained, so the only activity I can do is swim. Which I freakin' love, I'm actually convinced that I am a whale. Big fuckin' Beluga up in here.

But yeah. If my dumb ass can drop 50 in a month just from doing things correctly, everyone else looking to lose weight can, too.

Joined gym last year (apr 163lbs). 110 at my leanest when I used to be able to run 4-5 miles a few times a week. Got in a relationship, got fat, started running again, but had to stop cause stupid injury. Now at like 143. I can lift weights and Hhit elliptical but it's nothing compared to running outside at the park ;_;

Not for me.
I still gag or throw up if I eat more than ~200 grams of meat per meal and eating a normal meal takes me anywhere between 40 and 150 minutes.

It's a fucking wonder I can bench 3pl8, squat 4pl8 and pull 5pl8 with the amount of noteating I'm doing.

I legitmately have big bones and have hovered around 300 pounds since I was 15, if I'm lucky, I'll be able to get to 12% bodyfat...which would probably be anything from 250-260 without my body going completely haywire and shutting down everything in a panic.

Bulked back up to 175 after being skinny fat (while lifting)
Been hovering between 140-150 for the past two years, 145~ 12-13% BF (just a guess from looking in the mirror, abs are starting to pop out a bit)

Definitely the lowest body fat I've ever been at, feels great since i was a chubby un-athletic kid/highschooler. Feel like my face has gone from a 6 to an 8 because of loosing fat.

Vever managed to drop so low again - the first bulked and cut the next year put me in 190lbs range.

It's been two years since I was that weight I oscillate between 205 and 220.

I can't find motivation to cut down that much again - everything goes ok until like 200-205lbs then I studdenly stop and cutting down on calories makes all the lifts go to shit (the problem's not even not making progress - the problem is not being able to maitain lifts).

Hoping to make it to 190- this year.
