How do Zyzz and his friends maintain that kind of body? Do they bulk from 8-10% body fat then cut back down to 8? Do they go from a 30-32" waist then cut back down which using waist could be an easier way to tell when to cut. Wondering what the routine would look like in terms of time bulking and time cutting? Is that like 4 weeks bulk 4 weeks cut? 4 weeks bulk 2 weeks cut or what? Im talking natty though cause Im not gonna do steroids like them.
Use to bench 300 lbs natty but it wasn't worth the 42 1/2' gut at 210 lbs to do it. Currently 162 lbs with 35 1/2" waist. When to start bulking again? 28" waist? 30" waist? 32" waist?
