Coolers are worse than beer but if you don't have a vagina you probably aren't drinking them anyway.
Honestly if your having one or two it doesn't matter what it is, if your in for the long haul however go with hard liquor. Any sort of vodka/whiskey/gin is fine, they all run ~70kcal/ounce. Avoid jager and things of that nature they have closer to ~110kcal/ounce and also are terrible.
