if you are a poorfag, you have two options:
1. bodyweight routines like convict conditioning
2. buy a sandbag (these are cheap) and sand or salt (which is exceedingly cheap) and now you have a tool that can be progressively overloaded as part of a routine.
Ideally you should do both. Convict Conditioning is a great resource so I won't rehash that, but as regards sandbags:
1. clean to lap and return: basically analogous to a deadlift
2. clean to lap and perform zercher-style squats
3. clean to lap, clean to chest and press
4. clean to lap or lap+chest, then carry for distance or weight (loaded carries are GOAT)
5. clean or bear hug and carry for distance or weight
6. floor presses
7. clean to shoulder and back, like an old-school Basque stone lifter
