/fit/, why am I always so tired?
I eat healthy enough, haven't drank in about 3 months, have begun exercising (mainly cardio with some resistance exercises for a larger butt).
Yet I'm still always tired. Getting out of bed is a struggle, I'm tired by lunch time and it just never gets better. It's to the point that its preventing me from really putting the effort I should into life in general.
How do I help with this /fit/?

I don't think so, also I'm a very heavy sleeper.
When visiting my mother I managed to sleep over her husband screaming in pain from almost dying and the ambulance pulling up and taking him. Had no idea the next day. I could sleep though anything.

Not eating enough or on a retarded diet I'm guessing.

I restrict sugar to less than 60 grams of added sugar a day, restrict sodium to 1600mg per day, eat 3 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables.

Possible causes-
Physical:
>not drinking enough water
>iron deficiency
>cancer/aids/super-aids
Psychological:
>depression
>anxiety
>spiritual dread
chances are it's something psychological if you're fairly clean. try meditation and think about you life direction, is it going where you want? get some blood samples taken at the docs as well to be safe
