Basically all (whole) grains have health-promoting compounds, and specific whole grains have unique health-promoting compounds. Not gonna get gamma-oryzanol from barley, not gonna get aventhramides from barley, but also not gonna get barley catechins from rice or oats. Gotta eat a variety of foods.
