What's the best way / app to count my calories and macros? Getting back to lifting after a year.
S Health and My Fitness Pal are both pretty good. I use S Health because I use it for running/heart rate/weight tracking too.

I have tested pretty much all of them and i have to say it is calory guard pro. It doesn't look as pretty as mfp or lifesum but it is way simpler built. I don't know how good the database is because i enter everything myself.
One disadvantage if you need it is that there is just calories, protei, carbs and fat. No possibility for vitamins and minerals. But i personally don't need that so idgaf.
