Anyone here lift and in the Military?
Im really struggling to fit leg days into my routines.
Takes so long for my legs to recover that i fall behind on pt so much.
Specially any sort of march with weight. I just cant use my legs.
Recently i have just been doing 2 leg exercises at the end of every routine.
Will this work?

this, just eat enough,
military should cover core training with heavy equipment and high amount of exercise.
Mil PT in my case is a joke, usually I just go easy because I have a workout later. See, simple.
Prioritize what will give you the most, pt or an actual workout with progression.
