caught a fuck of a cold - sinus headache, runny nose, sneezing, fever & chills - how long before I can go back to the gym?

I swear dude get a neti pot TODAY you will not regret it. I got a sinus infection from lake diving and it went away overnight after I flushed that shit out of my nose.

Lifting when you are weak is useless. You're not gonna make anything out of it, but you may make recovery longer and infect other people (which i don't give a fuck about, but you may)

I had a cold for a week, runny nose, closed ears and all that.
I just went on as usual, ate and went to the gym.
Unless I get the flu I dont loose that much strength, and I was in a deloading period anyway so it worked out perfectly
