What BF% am I?
I have cut down 6/7kg over the past 2 months just from dieting. I don't know if that is slow or normal.
Am I borderline skinny fat/fat?? and what could I do to accelerate this cut? I'm trying to become lean if that helps if anything - I do 3 sets of planks and another abs exercise couple times a week.

The primary reason for me to even lose weight is because I have quite a bit of excess chin fat that makes me look as if I have a double chin. Once I have lost enough weight to make this excess chin fat go then ill focus on gaining mass as a primary objective.
