My breakfast consists of one large egg, two strips of Turkey bacon a slice of horny pat toast with butter and almond milk with double chocolate flavor gold standard goodness.

Here's my breakfast, nicknamed The Poor Man's Delight.

>fifth of a green cabbage
>beans cooked with pork fat, spices, an onion, and peppers
>half cup of rice, rinsed and cooked
>Tapatio hot sauce and a quarter of a lime squirted on to it
>shit load of sour cream

No idea on the macros, and calories are probably around a thousand if I had to guess.

Idk to be honest. The whole pot was a pound of beans, half a pound of fatty pork, an onion, a green bell pepper, and some dried chilis. My estimation was largely due to the large number of calories from the pork fat, but it's only three ladles worth of beans so who knows. I don't count calories currently, just eat until I'm full. It is pretty good, the cabbage gives a nice crunch to the rice and beans.

Breakfast is good for bulking but it's spring time nigga, wasted calories that could go toward a pure protein lunch

Yeah I know just being obtuse

But for really I find it a waste of time and calories. Eat a nice meat filled lunch, have some cheese sticks for a snack, then crush a giant carb and meat dinner and another shake before bed. Easiest cutting there is with minimal preparation time.

Not only that but the mini fast from dinner to lunch is beneficial for fat loss. I'm basically doing IF and carb cycling without even trying.

I like the cream, and the food was piping hot so it helped cool it down. Literally nothing is wrong with that plate.

shake:
50g oats
about 20g berries mix
15g peanut butter
Milk or Water

Main meal:
200g breakfast hash with potatos, spinach chicken and onions (its not hash browns, google it)
3 eggs
1 banana

totalt: about 1400 - 1500

I make the shake with a handblender and just mix it up in to my protein shake bottle (so much faster and easier to clean than a smoothie machine). The eggs and hash i cook all together, probably takes me about 10 min to prepar everything in total, thats with dishes and everything. Godtire breakfast.
