This is when things start to get rocky. I will preface this by saying there is no history of mental illness in my family and I have never hallucinated before.

>Came late at the gym, about 10pm
>qt reception lady just about to leave since her shift is done
>nobody in locker room, all the keyes are in the lockers
>get dressed and head to the weights, qt waves to me trough glass doors
>two guys in the gym, probably jogged here and didn't change
>both left after about 30 mins so I'm alone, only sound being the weights I drop on platform
>half trough my session I take 10 mins rest to eat some bananas (hour and half of oly stuff and squats)
>suddenly a guy comes to gym
>went straight to dumbells
>I say hi to him but he doesn't even look at me
>starts to curl
>I do my set of thrusters and drop the bar on platform
>moment after he threw a dumbell at me, just missing me
>turn to him and yell "what the fuck are you doing??"
>he takes another and throws it at mirror behind dumbell stand, shattering it
>he must be mental
>starts walking towards me, pulls out knife out of his pocket
>"if you speak to anyone I will cut your throat!!"
>starts running out of gym, breaks glass from the vending machine and steals some protein bars and drinks
>I am in shock, called police as soon as he left
>continue with my workout till police and owner arrived
>gave them guy's description, they take a look at cctv
>I finish half an hour later and ask policemen to drop me off home
I have never been so scared in my life, guy looked absolutely crazy and could have killed me on the spot. They caught him week later after he came back during day lol.
