Injuries General

Well, I was told I have tendonitis in my right arm. Explains my shooting pain whenever I do forearm exercises or move my wrist in any way with any weight. Apparently I was putting to much strain on my tendon as my strength increased, and I'm not even roiding.

I'm out of the game for chest, arm, back, and shoulders because my arm is in pic related for at least a month. I have zero use of my wrist. Any exercises I can do to still hit chest and bi's without fucking up or using my forearm at all??

Besides the pec deck I can't think of a useful machine that won't put pressure on my forearm. I can't think of a single thing for biceps in particular

I'm a lazy skinnyfat joke who's been following this after seeing it posted here and now my shoulder fucking kills. Probably because I'm a retard and half ass the warm up. Back to being a lazy piece of shit for an indeterminate amount of time now I guess.

Fuck I don't know what to do now. I really really do not want to see a doctor. Maybe if I just take 3 or more days easy and see how it feels. It was a little sore before the last 2 day break as recommended by the program but not like this.

Just stop focusing so hard on your shoulder. Give your shoulders a rest for a few weeks while you isolate and work on other areas. Dont just stop.

That sounds like a long time but you are probably right, it's not worth risking it. Thanks anon. Now I just need to figure out some bodyweight shit to do that doesn't involve my shoulders.

Probably not. I had wrist problems year ago and trying to work around it just made my recovery so much longer (it took like 6 months total). I still can't really do bodyweight stuff on hands or bench press without wrist support. No supinated curls, too.
