Any ideas on how to get below 10% bodyfat natty? Every cut my ab-gains always seem to slow to a crawl around 10-12%.

I don't have a problem hitting my calories goals (been cutting hard on 1200-1500 kcal a day). I just stop seeing progress on my abs becoming more visible, although I've never trained them directly so that's a factor. IF has worked for you? I'll do more research, thanks.

Eat simple carbs only. No cereal. Switch to oatmeal and egg whites. No cheese either. Do cardio after lifting. Swimming is the best for this. Skateboarding is also good. You'll have to eat a lot less as well. Try chai tea, it fills you up and is a good source of protein. I'm not a big guy. But I'm 140 at 6ft and my bc is 3%

it has helped me break plateaus, no lie. im probably in the best shape of my life, estimated 12% or so (upper abs showing, adonis belt starting to pop more)
it makes sense: when you are fasted you dont have many carbs to use as fuel so you will be using stored fat as an energy source (forget the term for this but there is a physical reason)

Start with a certain level of moderate carbs. If the weigh doesnt move for a week, drop it by like 10-20%. Continue until it stops again. And only when you will be on like 100 grams of carbs a day and you see no progress, then you consider carb cycling. There is no point to jump on carb cycling straight away
